Delivery may be held indefinitely if the customer does not respond.

Depending on the circumstances of each country, if delivery suddenly becomes impossible or in special cases, the order may be canceled at our discretion. In such cases, we will contact you separately by email upon cancellation.

For European countries, VAT/Tax ID is required. We ask for your understanding that the order may be canceled if there is no information required. Also, in Europe, it is not recommended to order large amounts at once because customs regulations are strict.
